Get ready for a swampy, soul-searching blues night as Melon Jelly takes the stage at The Big Easy for the HBS Blues Jam! Winners of the 2024 Houston Blues Challenge and quarterfinalists at the 2025 International Blues Challenge in Memphis, this powerhouse trio is known for their electrifying mix of funky grooves, blues, and retro rock served piping hot from Southeast Texas!

Melon Jelly’s debut album “The Road to Memphis” dropped on February 7, 2025, landing at #15 on the Billboard Blues Albums Chart. Their sound—described as “Southern swampy blues with soul-searching electric groovin’ vibes” by Americana Highways—will set the perfect tone for an incredible night of live music!
